All rates are based on double occupancy unless otherwise stated. There will be a charge of $25 for each additional guests, child or adult pp/per night. Rates do not include 9% NH rooms & meals tax or gratuity. The Inn at Danbury now features High Speed Internet Access for Guests! The inn is not appropriate for children under the age of 8. The only exception is when you rent the whole inn for your family reunion, wedding, or other special occasion.

Second floor room with new Pillow Top King Bed. Small sitting area with two overstuffed armchairs and view of garden and back yard. Gas fireplace for winter, ceiling fan and window air conditioner for summer. Private bath/tub/shower.

Carriage House Wing Room#2

Our fun leopard decorated antique queen bed with coordinated dresser and vanity featuring wood-carved leaf overlays. Second floor views of garden and back yard, ceiling fan and window air conditioner for summer cooling. Private bath/tub/shower.

Carriage House Wing Room#3
Second floor corner room with expansive views of gardens, trees and distant hills. This room actually has one of the best private views. For Summer cooling there is a ceiling fan and a window air conditioner. The room has 1 Queen and a bunk bed. Private bath/shower.
Week-day rate available at 15% off week-end base rate on selected weeks, Monday – Thursday.

Week-end rate $135 based on double occupancy, each additional person is $25 per night with a maximum Occupancy of 5 if you add a roll-a-way bed for 5th guest

Country cottage motif room with 1 Queen Bed and Pine Bunk Beds. Private bath/shower. Second floor views of garden and back yard. NO Air Conditioner available in the summer but there is a stand up fan for your comfort. Excellent for couple and 2 children.

Family suite, with privacy door between the rooms. 1 full bed with 2 Twin beds in one room. 1 Queen Bed and Pine Bunk beds in adjacent room. We like to call this room our cozy camp feeling room it has views of our back yard. Private bath/shower.

Each additional person is $25 per night with a maximum
Week-end base rate $155 is for 4 people. Maximum Occupancy is 8.

Cozy Queen Bed room located in the 1850 part of our Inn on the second floor with views of backyard & garden. Oak floors . You will need to step out of room one step to access the PRIVATE BATH with a traditional claw foot tub/shower. Window A/C.

Historic 1850 Wing Room#10

The nautical theme will make you feel as if you are on the coast in our top of the line “love nest”. The Boston Globe called this room perfect for our “Romance and Schnitzel” package. This is now our most romantic get away. The lovely room is located in the 1850 part of our Inn on the second floor and has a private balcony overlooking the front gardens and country side. Enjoy sleeping in a king size pillow top bed. Relax in front of the gas fireplace in the 2 large armchairs or on the futon, which can be made into a bed for a child. To keep cool in the summer there is a window air conditioner and a ceiling fan. Private bath/shower/tub

Located in the 1850 part of our Inn on the second floor. This cozy corner room has oak floors with views of the garden, back yard and country side with a white brass framed queen bed and a twin day bed in separate alcove room that has a privacy door. Window air conditioner in queen bed room and ceiling fan in alcove room. Private bath/shower.

Carriage House Wing – Snow White Room

3rd floor loft room nicknamed “Where is Snow White?” The room has 5 Twin beds. Great for Ski, Church, Boy or Girl Scout groups, enjoy an old fashioned ‘sleep-over’. New large Private bath is 5 steps down the hall. NO Air Conditioner available in the summer only a stand up fan.

Week-end base rate $155 is for 4 people, each additional person is $25 per night with a maximum can sleep up to 7 with roll-a-way beds

NOTE TO ALL GUESTS
All room rates are based on double occupancy except room 6 and snow white, they are based on 4 people in the room because of all the beds in it. We have no shared bathrooms in the Inn. In all of the Inn rooms there is a charge for each additional guests of $25.00 per night. Due to the small size of our Inn we include children in this policy. Rates do not include 9% NH rooms & meals tax or any service gratuity. Please call inn for week day discounts or mention it online in the comment box. Weekend rates apply for ALL Holiday times, Laconia Bike Week, School and Ski Vacation weeks and Foliage Season.
NOTE: Beds and bedding configurations are subject to chance from season to season.

Reservations
A deposit of one night’s stay or 50% of the total stay, whichever is greater, is required to secure a reservation. Acceptable means of payment Master Card, Visa, and Discover, cash or personal check. Balance of payment is due upon arrival. For your insurance, reservations may only be made or cancelled by the party intending to stay at the Inn, except for gift certificate purchases. Please note, a 2 night minimums is required on all weekends. During our slower season you can check with the innkeepers to see if availability is open for just one night 48 hours prior to the weekend you desire. If space is still available we will consider renting the room out for just one night. Holiday weekends and school vacations are very popular times, booking your reservations early is recommended. In the off-season, 1 night stays welcome upon availability please book with inn directly.

Cancellation Policy: There is a $25.00 service charge per room for each of the below cancellations
Due to the intimate size of our Inn any cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.

Reservations canceled less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the total deposit.
Reservations canceled within 72 hours of arrival will be billed for the full amount of the stay.
No shows will be billed for the full amount due.
Stay’s shortened after arrival will be billed for the full amount due
We reserve the right to charge the amount due for the entire reservation. All cancellations must be followed up and confirmed in writing via e-mail of regular US Mail. Special events or group bookings require a 60 day cancellation policy.
Check in time is from 3 pm – 8 pm to change this time please call the inn to make your arrangements. Late check out may be available until 2 PM at $25 per room.

Reserve the Whole Inn!

Now here is another idea for a private function, just imagine a place big enough to accommodate your family and friends for that special occasion. And you do not even have to assign anyone to do KP, how is that for a deal. Now you can reserve the Inn exclusively for your group based on space available for the days of your choice.

Prices are:
$59 per person, per night, for Friday and Saturday
$49 per person, per night for Sunday – Thursday
(Plus 8\9% NH Rooms & Meals Tax)

We are a Non-Smoking Building, smoking is not allowed in the Inn, in the annex or in the room. Designated smoking area’s available outside away from the building.

We do require a minimum guarantee of 30 guests and a 2 (two) nights stay.

This includes a full breakfast for everyone every morning, and we will do the dishes! We can take care of all your meals for you if you would like, a detailed price list of meals, Lunches as well as Dinner & Snacks that are available to you and can be mailed to you upon request.
