A deposit of one night's stay or 50% of the total stay, whichever is
greater, is required to secure a reservation. Acceptable means of
payment Master Card, Visa, Discover, cash or or personal check. Balance
of payment is due upon arrival. For your insurance, reservations may
only be made or cancelled by the party intending to stay at the Inn,
except for gift certificate purchases. Please note, there is a 2-night
minimum stay in season and for Rally & Race week/weekend, and since
holiday weekends and school vacations are very popular times, early
reservations are recommended. In the off-season, 1 night stays welcome
upon availability. All rates are based on double occupancy and include
a bountiful, home-cooked breakfast, and enjoyment of our heated, indoor
pool. The inn is not appropriate for children under the age of 8. The
only exception is in our private annex building. Or when you rent the
whole inn for your family reunion, wedding, or other special occasion.
Cancellation Policy Due to the intimate size of our
Inn any cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere
to a strict cancellation policy., if you cancel your reservation and
provide 30 days notice, your deposit will be refunded less a $25.00
service charge. If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior
to the arrival date, the deposit is forfeited unless the room is
re-rented, we will issue a letter of credit good for a stay for anytime
within one year. Reservations canceled within 48 hours of arrival will
be billed for the full amount of the stay No shows will be billed for
the full amount due. Check in time is from 3 pm - 8 pm to change this
