decided to go down to one day of our Oktoberfest fun this year and it
will be much in the same format as our May Fest.
You
can choice from the following packages
Two
nights lodging plus one beer and a bratwurst for 2 guests on fest day
plus our full breakfast each morning. This price is for TWO people for
TWO nights it’s a deal! This can be Saturday and Sunday or Sunday and
Monday.

Rates
are available while rooms last. Add a 1 hour massage to your package
for just $70. The massage must be booked 2 weeks in advance.
Our regular cancellation
policy is in effect on all bookings
Prices
do not include massage, 9% NH rooms and meals tax, room or dinner
gratuity. A deposit of one night, room and dinner will be charged upon
booking. Cancellations will be allowed for up to 30 days before the
event, cancellations received after that will lose the deposit unless
the room can be re-rented, in that case you will receive a letter of
credit towards a future stay for the amount of the deposit. There is a
$25.00 cancelation charge per room No shows and cancellations made 48
hours before the event will be billed for the full amount. Rooms cannot
be booked on line with these packages. Package reflex about a $10 to
$20 pp discount depending upon the rooms and amount of nights This
package cannot be combined with any other package, coupons or
