Dearest Patrons,
We would like to thank you for your continued support and for voting for us yearly. Without you we would not be here, we are proud to say we just started our 6 th winter and are looking forward to serving you some hearty New England and Old World home comfort food this winter season. Currently we are not serving any lunch since there are not too many folks out and about this time of the year. We regret the disappointment. We will serve lunch again in the spring of 2008. At the moment we do not serve Sunday Dinner for the same reasons as above. However we are planning to start a new program called “Sunday Family Meal Deal” on selected Sunday nights during the ski season where you will be able to enjoy a family style dinner on your way home from the slopes. Watch for those details to come on the site soon.
On a positive note, you can enjoy breakfast with us any day we have guests in our inn, which in the winter is mostly weekends, except during holiday times, and in the summers when we have more weekday lodging.
To enjoy our delicious breakfast at the Inn, you must call for reservations in advance so we can count on you.

During the winter ski season we actually start breakfast at 7:30AM. And there are some weeks in the summer that we are open for breakfast every day. Please call the Inn to make sure we have guests and to let us know you plan to join us for breakfast and what time you will be here.
We serve a full breakfast in our Inn and this fantastic price includes:
Your choice of coffee, hot chocolate, hot cider or tea, choice of juice, fresh seasonal fruit, home baked goodies, like Chef Graf’s award winning Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake or home made scones or muffins, eggs, home fries, bacon or sausage and/or pancakes, waffles or French toast. Enjoy an assortment of jellies and jams to top on an array of breads. The sweet entrée, the egg entrée and the meat change on a daily basis.
NOTE: We can offer you specialty breakfast items at an additional menu price such as: Eggs Florentine or Eggs Benedict. Please ask about this when making a reservation and Chef Graf will be prepared for your special requests.
Alphorn Bistro serves Nightly specials
Favorite items include: Rind Roulade, Sauerbraten, Rahm Schnitzel, Venison Osso Bucco, Prime Rib, Traditional Swiss Cheese Fondue and much much more, click on the specials link to see a smorgasbord of yummy dishes. We can accommodate vegetarian and vegan requests, please be sure to tell us when you make reservations if you have a special request or dietary need. Due to the popular demand, Sauerbraten needs to be ordered in advance as much as possible, because of the long marinating process. If you know you want Sauerbraten please let the staff know when you call us with your dining reservation at least 4 days in advance if possible. And speaking of reservations:
Reservations are very strongly suggested due to the intimate size of our dining room.
