Cancellation Policy: There is a $25.00 service charge per room for each of the below cancellations
Due to the intimate size of our Inn any cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
- Reservations canceled less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the total deposit.
- Reservations canceled within 72 hours of arrival will be billed for the full amount of the stay.
- No shows will be billed for the full amount due.
- Stay’s shortened after arrival will be billed for the full amount due
We reserve the right to charge the amount due for the entire reservation. All cancellations must be followed up and confirmed in writing via e-mail of regular US Mail. Special events or group bookings require a 60 day cancellation policy.
Check in time is from 3 pm – 8 pm to change this time please call the inn to make your arrangements. Late check out may be available until 2 PM at $25 per room.
