Due to the intimate size of our Inn any cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. If you cancel or alter your reservation and provide 30 days notice, your deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 service charge. If the reservation is canceled or altered less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit is forfeited unless the room is re-rented, we will issue a letter of credit good for a stay for anytime within one year. Reservations canceled within 48 hours of arrival will be billed for the full amount of the stay No shows will be billed for the full amount due.
We reserve the right to charge the amount due for the entire reservation. All cancellations must be followed up and confirmed in writing via e-mail of regular US Mail. Special events or group bookings require a 60 day cancellation policy.
