We have a Free Standing Private Annex available for your lodging needs.
The annex is on our premises and is 100 feet from the Inn. It has its own parking spaces available. The annex is a modular home, nothing fancy. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds. 1 bedroom with 2 twins as well as 2 roll away beds and a Queen Sleeper sofa in the living room. There are1.5 baths, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator & stove and equipped with dishes. The living room has a TV/VCR with cable hook up. In the kitchen area is a dining table. The view is of our lovely pond in the back and our gardens in the front. The Annex is very private and it can sleep up to 10 people. Bedroom one (1) has a queen bed with a half bath located in the room. Bedroom two (2) has a queen bed the full bath is located next to this room. Bedroom three (3) is actually an indoor porch area converted into a bedroom. The Annex does not have daily housekeeping service, however, should you need clean towels or sheets please let the innkeepers or our house keepers know. You will have free access to our indoor heated pool, but you are on your own for breakfast. Should you wish to join us for breakfast at the Inn let us know the night before please. Breakfast will be $8.50 pp. and is served inside the Inn from 8 am till 9 am.

Sunday – Thursday $195 per night
Friday & Saturday $250 per night
A two night minimum is required to rent the annex building

January : Regular rates apply for the weekends. Midweek special, 3 consecutive nights for only $300
February: Regular rates apply until Valentines Day and President Weekend and for the week following, during that time weekend rates apply for weekdays.
March: Regular rates apply for the weekends. Midweek special, 3 consecutive nights for only $300
April: All nights are just $175 per night or Midweek special, 3 consecutive nights for only $300
May: Midweek special, 3 consecutive nights for only $300 weekend rate $225
June: Regular rates apply except for Laconia bike week, the weekend rates apply for the whole week
July: Midweek special, 3 consecutive nights for only $300 weekend rate $225
August : Midweek special, 3 consecutive nights for only $300 weekend rate $225
September : Midweek special, 3 consecutive nights for only $300 EXCEPT OKTOBERFEST WEEKEND then starting the last week in September weekend rates apply for foliage
October: Weekend rates until after Columbus Day weekend. Then Midweek special, 3 consecutive nights for only $300
November : Midweek special, 3 consecutive nights for only $300 Weekend rate $195
December: Midweek special, 3 consecutive nights for only $300 until Christmas day after Christmas the weekend rates apply for the whole week.
Maximum Occupancy in the Annex building is 10 and the rates are based on that. Additional guests will be $20 per day extra. (Plus 8% NH rooms & meals tax)
